This special roast was born from a conversation between neighbors brought together at a local symphony fundraiser. Erin asked for something smooth, flavorful, and lower in caffeine. Our unique blend combines Swiss Water Process decaffeinated Brazilian Mogiana with the vibrant character of a Red Sea blend from Yemen and Ethiopia. This process is chemical-free and naturally preserves the integrity of the bean.  No added solvents, no residue, and absolutely no carcinogens. The result is a rich, full-bodied cup with complex notes and half the caffeine perfect for long talks, early evenings, and shared moments. Raise a mug with a friend. This one’s made for company.
