North Pier Roast

Like the North Piers that guide ships safely into harbor along Lake Michigan’s coast, this blend brings balance and direction to a bold journey of flavor. Crafted from dry-processed Ethiopian and Yemeni beans, which are grown on opposite sides of the Red Sea, this coffee is as complex and vibrant as the waters that inspired its name. It offers fruity characteristics of ripe red fruits with bright acidity and earthy undertones, delivering a cup that’s both adventurous and grounded. We take this blend to just before the second crack allowing the fruity tang to reach its full potential but steering away from an oily result.  A steady brew for those drawn to depth, discovery, and the open horizon.
