Erin's Blend Half-Caf
Named after a good friend and neighbor, Erin, who worked with me to develop a coffee blend with reduced caffeine. Erin wanted to reduce her intake of caffeine so we worked through many such blends to find just the right combination. Her taste is excellent and her love of Lake Michigan Coffee led us to combine my Brazillian Mogiana Decaf with another excellent (and popular!) blend, Red Sea Blend. The result is a very smooth coffee that can be consumed even late into the afternoon!
The Brazillian Decaf is decaffinated by Swiss Water Process which does NOT leave carcinogenic chemicals on the beans. The Red Sea Blend is a combination of Yemen and Ethiopian coffee and, as a stand alone coffee, is one of my most requested roasts. Together it is a rich, full bodied, coffee without the level of caffeine.
